Victorian Country Championships (JCC)

The Junior Country Championships is an annual event in which teams from all over regional Victoria converge to play in a Round-Robin. It is a fantastic opportunity for the best hockey talent in regional Victoria to compete against each other. 

The 2025 Junior Country Championships will take place on Saturday 17th May & Sunday 18th May, 2025 at one of these locations:

• Essendon Hockey Centre – Under 14 Boys & Girls
• Greensborough Hockey Centre – Under 16 Boys & Girls
• State Netball Hockey Centre Parkville – Under 18 Boys & Girls

The WGHA is seeking expressions of interest to hopefully submit boys and girls teams for all three divisions We need to register by Friday the 11th April so please complete your EOI as soon as possible.

Team Managers & Parent Support

We're looking for team managers for each team to support the coaches and make JCC 2025 a success! It's only a small commitment, and you can shadow a TM beforehand on one of the local games on a Saturday.  This is a great opportunity to try out this kind of role with only a short term commitment. Please tick the box stating you're interesting in volunteering to help with JCC.

Please note: This is an expression of interest form. Final team selections will be based on the level of interest and player performance observed during WGHA rounds 1 and 2.
